Yesterday was one of those days where I just kinda sat around and watched a few movies. I did some updates, but mostly just sat around.

  1. 28 Weeks Later - Not bad, Zombies and stuff, kinda creepy…
  2. Children of Men - It was a good movie, I liked the idea. (oh and Clive Owen wasn’t a bad ass, but he kinda was…)
  3. I also updated Brody’s theme, you may not notice, but there are a few differences.

Today seems like it’s going to be a pretty chile day of finding trustworthy plugins, testing some layout ideas and basically drinking coffee with my feet up…

What are you up to today…???

I’m downloading some random Movies. My only criteria was SIFI, download speed and partial interest.

Here is what I’ve got going right now on Azureus Azureus.png

  1. Juno good
  2. The Machine Girl cheese Chinese flick
  3. Donnie Darkco really good
  4. 28 Weeks Later not really sure what this is
  5. Aeon Flux sifi, about some chick in tights
  6. Children of Men something about a baby
  7. Battlestar Galactica Razor there was a joke about this on the Office once so I thought I would check it out.

I’ll let you know if anything good comes out of this list. I’m guessing, only the obvious…

After…

I just got back from the movies… Hancock was definitely a summer flick, fun simple and probably not worth the money for the Theater, but I had good time and thats all it’s about.

I try not to get too wrapped up in movie reviews before I go see a movie. If it sucks than I’ll find out and that’s good enough for me. Usually if I want to see a movie I’ll watch it even if there is a chance that it’s going to suck. I have to prove to myself that it might have been good at one point in time.

The Resident Evil movies are good example. I have no idea why I even got interested in those movies, but I determined to watch all three. They weren’t that good, but I still watched them.

Before…

Thinking about going and seeing this movie… Anyone… Thoughts?

skull_ii.jpgIt was a good movie, definitely done in the spirit of the Indi Trilogy. There were lots of great references to the other movies and just enough explanations about how thing came about to be as they are in the current movie.

One thing to remember when you watch this movie is that in the second one they dropped out of an air plain in a raft and landed on a mountain and then went down a river. So don’t get judgmental when they start to do some pretty outlandish things.

It was a fun movie to watch, and I wont ruin the ending for you.

Movie-Poster-Indiana-Jones-and-the-The-Last-Crusade.jpgWere watching Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade this evening. Saturday afternoon we are going to watch the New Movie, should be good. We’ve watched the first two movies and with the third movie completed we’ll be ready for the new one.

One thing that has me feeling good about the new movie is I noticed that they use the same “Punching” sound and the same “Cracking” sound for the whip. Thats a good sign.

I’ve been wondering, in about 15yrs when people look back at these movies and they decide to remake them. Will anyone be able to replace Harrison Ford? Seriously, I just don’t think anyone could replace him as Indi.

So far I think my favorite of the first three might be the first one, but it’s been a long time since I saw the Last Crusade. I’ll let you know.

iron-man-poster.jpgThis was a really good Movie. I like these types of movies with actual character development, and a lack of that unnecessary retarded Character that doesn’t need to be there. You know the ones that are only there for the kids and people who need comic relief.

Oh yeah, stick around through the extremely long credits, there is a little tidbit in the end with a teaser for sequel.
