How the hell do you get Bleach off of your hands???

Every time I move I get into this major cleaning mind set, and I go way over the top trying to clean everything to the point of being sold.

Step right up, come look at the cleanest bathroom sink in Portland…’oh, shit there’s still tooth past in there‘…Better yet lets go look at how clean the windows are…

I’m always so paranoid that the landlord is going to walk in with there nose up high like an English butler. But I dare say, I have cleaned it well. Still, I some how always get covered in a light haze of Bleach. This always gets me worried I’m going to get bleach in my mouth and then bleach in my stomach and then something bad will happen. Then I’ll have to tell the doctor, with mild shame, “I put my fingers in my mouth, yes, they were covered in bleach”.

So here it is in a nut shell, House is 75% clean, Boxes are Packed, Plain tickets are waiting and I smell like bleach.

something about bleach equates “clean”. even if it’s burning your nostril hairs off, it’s still a comforting smell.

    It’s all almost over … :-(
Thank you for cleaning everything. I think our apartment people are pretty nice, I’m not too worried about them not thinking the place is clean enough.

I was bleaching the diaper pail in the backyard when Julie and Christy were little, and Norman was the baby (sometime between 1977 and 1978)… of course, you were not born yet…and Julie and Christy were playing outside - in the backyard. They asked for a drink of water and so while I was getting them some, they found their own source - yes, the diaper pail full of bleach water. I’m not sure how much they drank, but the doctor told me to give them bread soaked in milk. So there you go, if you get bleach in your mouth/stomach eat bread soaked in milk! Yuck!
    Love you,
    Mom
